Gardening. The Hill Avenue Branch Library is starting a gardening club. It meets Saturday morning. Transition Pasadena's Throop Learning Garden meets on Sunday.

Pasadena Heritage is holding a seminar on Saturday on How to Identify, Research and Document Your Historic Property. Includes an overview of architectural styles; resources, tips and tricks for researching historic properties; instruction and examples of how to document historic buildings and their features to create a permanent record of a historic property.

Nature Tails. On Saturday morning, the Eaton Canyon Nature Center hosts its weekly Nature Tails story hour for children age 3-5. Expect stories, puppet shows and nature walks.
