Tomorrow morning (Saturday) the LA County Department of Public Works is hosting a "smart gardening" workshop at the Eaton Canyon Nature Center. Attendees will learn how to improve their garden or lawn, and how to reduce waste. After the workshop, they can buy a worm compost bin at a discount. Reservations for this 1.5 hour long event are not required. An instructional video of what will be discussed is posted here.
